Upon receipt of ordered goods, the buyer is obliged to check the goods for any defects caused by transport. If any, the buyer is obliged to refuse the goods and write a damage report with the carrier. The buyer is obliged to immediately inform the seller about any damage due to transport.
The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the shipment without giving any reason. The customer should give notice to the supplier on the following email : email@example.com.
Goods must be in the original packaging, intact, not washed and including original tags. Always include the order number and a copy of the proof of purchase with the goods.
For a successful settlement of the claim, it is necessary that the buyer is able to provide proof of purchase or a copy of it.
Depending on the type of defects and the nature of the goods, and in accordance with the legislation in force in the Czech Republic, the claim will be dealt with, through replacement of goods or refund of the purchase price paid.
We will send the money for the goods to your bank account as soon as possible, latest within 14 days from withdrawal of the purchasing contract, but not before the returned goods is received at our address (or that you can prove that the returned goods have been already sent). The cost of return of the goods is in this case borne by the buyer.
